Radioeho s dlitel'nymi zaderzhkami: novyi podhod k probleme.

Serii dlinnyh zaderzhek radiosignalov (LDE, mirovoe eho), nezavisimo zaregistrirovannye v 20-30-ye gody Shtermerom, Van-der-Polem, Halsom [1] i Galle [2,3], byli rassmotreny kak soobsheniya gipoteticheskogo vnezemnogo zonda. Otnositel'nye dliny radiozaderzhek, t.e. intervaly vremeni otnesennye k intervalu vremeni posylki signalov s Zemli, byli interpretirovany, kak numeraciya v estestvennom uporyadochenii naibolee yarkih zvezd - rassmatrivalsya poryadok po vidimoi zvezdnoi velichine [4,5]. Kak okazalos', graficheskie predstavleniya vydelennyh seriyami zvezd v sfericheskih sistemah koordinat, svyazannyh s momentom vrashenii Galaktiki, Solnechnoi sistemy, i Zemli, porozhdayut isklyuchitel'no regulyarnye geometricheskie struktury [6], i polnost'yu otvechayut idee Gaussa ob illyustracii geometricheskih idei (v dannom sluchae idei parallel'nosti i proektivnoi geometrii), kak soderzhaniya pervogo soobsheniya, prednaznachennogo dlya privlecheniya vnimaniya. Ubeditel'nymi argumentami v pol'zu vernosti traktovki serii radiozaderzhek, kak pozyvnyh zonda Breisuella-Tiplera yavlyaetsya sleduyushee: ideinaya identichnost' soderzhaniya soobshenii, nezavisimo zaregistrirovannyh raznymi nablyudatelyami i v raznoe vremya, prisutctvie nezavisimogo ot problemy SETI nauchnogo soderzhaniya, kotoroe proshlo aprobaciyu v publikaciyah v nauchnyh zhurnalah, v vystupleniyah na nauchnyh astronomicheskih i matematicheskih konferenciyah, v diskussiyah s izvestnymi uchenymi. Tak, na osnove soderzhaniya soobshenii, udalos' vyyavit' neizvestnyi ranee, i sovershenno neozhidannyi, fenomen kvazistaticheskogo uporyadocheniya bol'shih mass gravitiruyushei materii, proyavlyayushiisya dlya nablyudatelya, v vide konfiguracii [7] (t.e. kak matematicheskii ob'ekt - izvestnye analogi: konfiguraciya Paskalya-Brianshona, konfiguraciya Dezarga i.t.p.) na ploskosti sfericheskih koordinat. Udalos' pokazat' svyaz' dannogo fenomena s horosho izvestnoi matematicheskoi problemoi, tak nazyvaemoi problemoi Shteinera [8], i na osnove gravitacionnoi analogii postroit' evristicheskie algoritmy, kak dlya etoi trudno reshaemoi zadachi, tak i dlya shirokogo klassa zadach optimizacii [9-12]. \newpage
