Odnako, sredi istochnikov sputnika EGRET vydelyayut 66 lacertid. Bylo by interesno uvidet' ih i s Zemli (pri etom diapazon tozhe neskol'ko drugoi: bolee zhestkii). Po vsem etim prichinam otkrytie kazhdogo novogo istochnika, ili poluchenie novoi informacii ob uzhe izvestnyh - sobytie.

V obsuzhdaemoi stat'e opisyvayutsya rezul'taty nablyudenii ob'ekta 1ES1426+428. O nablyudeniyah etogo istochnika uzhe dokladyvali Whipple i HEGRA. Zdes' zhe vpervye daetsya ocenka spektra ob'ekta v diapazone ot 0.25 do 1 TeV. Chitatel', kotoryi vpervye stalkivaetsya s dannoi tematikoi, mozhet poluchit' horoshee predstavlenie o slozhnostyah v etoi oblasti astronomii.

Znachit, budet proishodit' i vzaimodeistvie central'nyh massivnyh ob'ektov. V svoei stat'e avtory issleduyut posledstviya takih sliyanii, ih vliyanie na morfologiyu strui, vybrasyvaemyh iz centrov aktivnyh galaktik. Vyvod takov: nekotorye iz nablyudayushihsya morfoloshichekih osobennostei (naprimer, H-obraznye dzhety) horosho ob'yasnyayutsya takimi sliyaniyami, a kolichestvo "strannyh strui" nahoditsya v sootvetstvii s ozhidaemym tempom sliyanii.
