Rasstoyanie ot nas do linzy primerno 5.5-7.5 kpk. Avtory otmechayut, chto teoriya obrazovaniya planet kak raz predskazyvaet, chto vokrug legkih zvezd kak raz dolzhny nablyudat'sya planety, s parametrami, sootvetstvuyushimi opisannym.

Eshe 549 istochnikov imeyut men'shee pogloshenie, sootvetstvenno, oni lezhat mezhdu nami i centrom Galaktiki.
Mozaika oblasti nablyudenii. Uglovoi razmer 2 na 0.8 gradusa; odin gradus na rasstoyanii galakticheskogo centra sootvetstvuet primerno 150 pk. Avtory polagayut, chto pochti 90 procentov vseh zaregistrirovannyh istochnikov yavlyayutsya kataklizmicheskimi peremennymi (eto dvoinye sistemy, v kotoryh akkreciya idet na belyi karlik). Ostal'nye 10 procentov eto akkreciruyushie neitronnye zvezdy i chernye dyry, molodye neitronnye zvezdy, a takzhe massivnye zvezdy v dvoinyh sistemah, gde est' stolknoveniya zvezdnyh vetrov. Avtory nadeyutsya, chto k koncu goda katalog mozhet byt' sushestvenno dopolnen i uluchshen, t.k. zaplanirovany novye glubokie nablyudeniya oblasti centra Galaktiki na Chandre.
