Tematika i organizaciya soveshaniya
 
Rossiiskaya virtual'naya observatoriya (RVO)
      Mezhdunarodnaya Virtual'naya Observatoriya i ee nacional'nye podrazdeleniya predstavlyayut soboi ob'edineniya centrov astronomicheskih dannyh (v vide arhivov kosmicheskih i nazemnyh teleskopov, katalogov, baz dannyh), sredstv poiska, dostupa k dannym i ih obrabotki, sredstv organizacii resheniya zadach nad takimi raspredelennymi, integrirovannymi astronomicheskimi informacionnymi resursami. Eto bystro razvivayushayasya oblast' informacionnyh tehnologii, otkryvayushaya vozmozhnost' shirokogo i otkrytogo dostupa k astronomicheskim dannym, poluchennym na razlichnyh instrumentah i observatoriyah mira v rezul'tate vypolneniya razlichnyh nauchnyh programm. RVO predstavlyaet soboi rossiiskii komponent Mezhdunarodnoi virtual'noi observatorii, sozdanie kotoroi koordiniruetsya Al'yansom IVOA. Sozdanie i koordinaciya RVO osushestvlyaetsya Sovetom RVO, vklyuchayushim predstavitelei INASAN, SAO RAN, IPI RAN i GAISh MGU.
Osnovnye celi RVO:
  1. Predostavit' rossiiskomu astronomicheskomu soobshestvu udobnyi i effektivnyi mehanizm dostupa k zarubezhnym istochnikam dannyh;
  2. Ob'edinit' rossiiskie astronomicheskie informacionnye resursy kak vazhnyi komponent dlya integracii v Mezhdunarodnuyu virtual'nuyu observatoriyu;
  3. Predostavit' dostup k nablyudatel'nym resursam v sluchae otsutstviya trebuemyh dannyh v ob'edinennom arhive;
  4. Razvivat' rossiiskie elektronnye astronomicheskie obrazovatel'nye resursy;
  5. Obespechit' sredstva dlya resheniya nauchnyh zadach v interoperabel'noi, raspredelennoi srede informacionnyh resursov (dannyh, programmnyh servisov i processov resheniya zadach).
Celi soveshaniya:
Nastoyashim soveshaniem Sovet RVO predpolagaet otkrytie serii rabochih seminarov-soveshanii, cel'yu kotoryh yavlyaetsya:
  • vyyavlenie nauchnyh zadach v oblasti astronomii, nuzhdayushihsya v primenenii sredstv virtual'nyh observatorii
  • formirovanie soobshestva rossiiskih astronomov, kotorye v svoei nauchnoi deyatel'nosti ispol'zovali by bystro razvivayushiesya sredstva virtual'nyh observatorii, obmen opytom raboty
  • demonstraciya vozmozhnostei sredstv RVO dlya podderzhki resheniya zadach v raspredelennyh sredah astronomicheskih informacionnyh resursov, v dal'neishem - obuchenie primeneniyu tehnicheskih sredstv na special'nyh seminarah.
      Akcent dannogo soveshaniya namerenno sdelan na nauchnyh problemah, kotorym podchineny razvivayushiesya metody i sredstva virtual'nyh observatorii. Poetomu predstavlenie na dannom i posleduyushih soveshaniyah nauchnyh zadach, trebuyushih sredstv RVO, yavlyaetsya vazhneishei cel'yu Soveshaniya. Vmeste s tem, na Soveshanii predpolagaetsya udelit' vnimanie razvitiyu informacionnoi infrastruktury RVO, osobenno sredstvam dlya resheniya zadach. Osoboe vnimanie budet udeleno sisteme AstroGrid, razrabotannoi v Velikobritanii i ustanovlennoi v Rossii dlya resheniya zadach v raspredelennyh sredah informacionnyh resursov. Dlya informirovaniya Rossiiskoi obshestvennosti o nachal'nyh rezul'tatah primeneniya sistemy AstroGrid v Velikobritanii (v etoi sisteme v Velikobritanii uzhe seichas zaregistrirovano okolo 200 astronomov, reshayushih nauchnye zadachi) na soveshanie priglasheny astronomy iz Velikobritanii - professor Edinburgskogo Universiteta, rukovoditel' proekta AstroGrid Endryu Lourens i nauchnyi sotrudnik Leisterskogo Universiteta, d-r Dzhonatan Tedds. Soveshanie budet predstavlyat' soboi sochetanie nauchnyh soobshenii i demonstracii resheniya zadach sredstvami podderzhki virtual'nyh observatorii.
      Rabochimi yazykami Soveshaniya yavlyayutsya russkii i angliiskii yazyki. Eto oznachaet, chto soobsheniya na soveshanii mogut byt' sdelany na lyubom iz etih yazykov.

Organizacionnye voprosy
      Uchastvovat' v Soveshanii priglashayutsya vse zainteresovannye v primenenii i razvitii RVO v svoih nauchnyh issledovaniyah.
