    Peremennost' zvezdy TYC 1031 01262 1 obnaruzhili neskol'ko let nazad nezavisimo v obzore ASAS-3 i po arhivnyh dannym v GAISh. S 2004 goda v Krymskoi laboratorii GAISh na 50-santimetrovom teleskope s PZS-priemnikom provodili nablyudeniya etogo ob'ekta. V hode etih issledovanii i udalos' pokazat', chto vo-pervyh, my imeem delo s cefeidoi tipa II, a vo-vtoryh, chto zvezda vhodit v zatmennuyu dvoinuyu.

    Period pul'sacii otkrytoi cefeidy sostavlyaet chut' bolee 4 dnei. A orbital'nyi period dvoinoi - chut' bolee 50 dnei. Eto rekordno korotkii period dlya dvoinyh cefeid (cefeidy - zvezdy krupnye, i v ochen' tesnuyu sistemu oni prosto ne pomeshyayutsya).

    Izuchenie novoi dvoinoi sistemy mozhet prinesti vazhnuyu informaciyu o svoistvah nemolodyh zvezd. Naprimer, pul'sacii cefeid v dvoinyh dolzhny ispytyvat' vliyanie prilivnyh sil, svyazannyh s nalichiem zvezdy-sosedki. Da i prosto, kto znaet, kakie syurprizy eshe zhdut issledovatelei!
